No. The Intensive equips people to deliver training within their existing subject-matter role. The Professional program develops broader, independent training practice.
When does the next Professional program start?
As soon as a viable cohort of at least eight people has formed. Dates and venue are agreed before you commit.
What prior experience is required?
What matters is a real training responsibility or a concrete opportunity to design and test your own training sequences.
What is included in the Professional program?
Six two-day modules, peer work, observation or documented practice, an original training design, and a final delivery assessment.
Can the program be delivered in-house?
The five-day Intensive is designed specifically for in-house delivery. An in-house Professional version is scoped and priced around your specific needs.
